IMHO there's need to be some more distance between the Covid recovery and negotiations. We need the company to start making considerable money again, or at least have an extremely good outlook on things. I was of the opinion we had all the leverage going into C2019, and we lost a considerable amount of it (from a financial perspective) when the Covid thing happened. Mind you I think we have leverage in certain areas right now, scope, scheduling, training, etc, but still would like to see some upward movement from a financial perspective in Q3/Q4. I think we all know when negotiations do start they are going to be dragged out for a long time.
