The cadets were not on property and had no contractual rights. Envoy was cutting costs across the board and told the pilots they needed savings. Those savings resulted in a furlough yet the cadets were still paid and given access to insurance, yet they were not contributing members to the company. Those cadets should have been severed and the savings should have been applied to keep the actual pilots of Envoy on property.
