1250 for my r-atp too... Instructing isn't my forte. I just feel like it would be a good experience for me before going to the regionals, even for a year. A DEN base would be amazing, and yes I've seen the resignation letters complaining about cut benefits, failure to pay, failure to provide pay time off etc.
