Respectfully, I’ve never had an airline reach out to me after I’ve applied with feedback on how to improve my chances. I just submitted and waited (and hoped). I wish you the best of luck though, as it looks like hiring is happening everywhere and I’m sure you’ll find a home soon! Good luck!
