Bellacinos has awesome food, its right next to the grocery store. Hotel is OK, you get a mini fridge and microwave. There is a crew lounge, free water bottles and chips. Grocery store 5 min walk, 10 or so restaurants within a 10 min walk of hotel. In last 6 years of going there hundreds of times for training, overnights, etc... never been "harassed" by anyone, ever.
These are the signs posted on the doors. If there isn't a homeless camp set up under the trees on the way to home depot, the city/county must have cleaned it out. There certainly was one a couple years ago. My information is a bit dated so I apologize, but I still say it's a crappy area.
