A 1 or 2 year cadet will immediately get the 4% 401 match, and will move on to each increase based on their cadet date. 6% at 5 year 1 day, 8% at 10 year 1 day, 10% at 15 year 1 day and if you're still here after 20 years 12% match.
A 1 year cadet will get the quarterly Performance rewards, while a 2 year cadet will also get the quarterly financial rewards if OO ever makes a profit.
