interesting, FWIW I’m a DAL guy so not associated with either company. But I highly doubt DL is looking to change OO or RAH priority, I could be wrong though.

while DAL does not give higher priority than mainline to RAH on own metal we do give equal priority to them (tiebreaker being DOH). but we do give higher priority to skywest than mainline on OO flights. But non revving and jumpseating are two different things. (IIRC UAL also gives own metal higher priority than mainline. To convert it to AA speak, all own metal UAX are D1s, so only UA on vacation passes are able to compete, and that comes down to DOH at each company)

while those companies may have sent memos asking management not to change things, I doubt anything would change if you did. case and point; DAL gives contract carriers higher priority than OAL yet we receive the same priority on all those carriers as AA.
