I can’t disagree with any of this. However, you’re a corporate pilot so you’ll be upgrading around that one year time frame. Back to the bottom.
Then you’ll move on to mainline and- back to the bottom for a longer time. Perhaps you’ll upgrade at Delta. Or United. Or American. Or Spirit. Back to the bottom.

If you stay regional FO.... Sure. But not all of us can recommend that. I can’t. That’s why I still recommend talking with someone with whom you can reveal your goals (and esp desired income) to chart forward.

More then a few leave 121 for the flexibility you may seek.
