Gets a little old seeing new hires ask the same question of the pilot group over and over when the company publishes its jr domicile info for you in a quick to find/always current format. Do a little research.
There is a direct correlation between this attitude and training issues/failures.
This isn’t really a surprise.
Don’t put in the work and then blame everyone(anyone) else when they fail.
This attitude needs to be fixed before anyone shows up to training.
