Not really necessary because the GS, and more specifically, GSWC is such a sweet deal there's apparently no limit to the amount of pilots who will pick them up. Fine by me.
Doesn’t even matter if you answer your phone on an IA call; it’s just a recording saying that rotation 1234 is available and to call skeds if you want it. So “inverse assignment” is a complete misnomer.
