I meant you are hired as either a CA or an FO. Gojet is not hiring CQFO's. They did in the past but that was many years ago. If you are hired as a CA, you are paid as a CA 100% of the time. You may fly a right seat trip if you are on reserve, but will always be paid your full CA pay rate 100% of the time regardless. There are no "blended rates" or anything like what used to exist when they used to hire CQFO''s. That was 6 or 7 plus years ago.
