I saw GoJet do horrible things to people who worked hard for them, just to steal a dollar. People have a right to know what they do. Union rep a problem, they have no problem firing them. VP of ops, no problem firing him if he is inconvenient.

Every day that goes by Gojet has a chance to announce they have reformed. They have a chance to apologize to those they have mistreated. If they don't take the chance, why should they be given a chance?
this is very true.

all regionals are not the same. Choose wisely. CommutAir and GoJets should be last on your list. As the shortage worsens they’ll be the next to follow lakes, compass and Trans States.

The focus should be for a WO, Endeavor, Envoy, PSA and PDT. As the shortage worsens and the contractor cancellations worsen they’ll eventually lose the flying. They can only raise pay so much before going bankrupt. WO’s are run as cost centers and they’ll just increase flow and pay to keep beef in the seats. Contract companies will downsize, captains will downgrade, and then they’ll close. The remaining pilot that didn’t read the handwriting and hung on will be forced to recycle themselves as new hires.

LCC’s are starting to pluck college graduates, so they’ll never see regionals. Embry Riddle straight to A320 with Frontier is happening.

Get out of the regionals while you can, or go to a WO.... and still keep trying to get out. All the BS you’ve been fed about it being the same job, same level of safety, and is just different pay is all lies.
