What are the statistics? How many are actually in the classes each month? How many people are resigning each month?
How many pilots currently? How many planes? How often are new planes coming?
I don't buy the WOed argument. WOed pilots give up their lives, their rights, their voices for the promise of an interview someday. Ransom/Pan Am Express pilots flow was good until the company was sold. How about Compass, until sold to Hulas. Every time an airline takes a WOed pilot they have to train 2 people, one for their airline and one at the WOed. A few make it over but most don't.
SkyWest, not going anywhere. They are super efficient. They plan everything. They treat people as human beings. They pay well.
GoJet, July, August, September, and part of October? I don't see a GoJet after that.
