I wouldn’t worry so much about the sim. If you can keep the blue side up, fly without inducing moderate turbulence, shoot an ILS with less than one dot deflection, and get along with the other guy for 30 minutes, you’ll do fine.

I’d worry more about looking the part, acting the part, being friendly without being the class clown, keeping your yap closed more than open, and telling a decent “tell me about a time” story that doesn’t make you sound like a know-it-all. The WHOLE TIME you are there. Never let your guard down.

If you’re a decent person, you’ll probably get the job.
