I guess I'm confused because replies in this thread make it sound like they reach out first via phone for a phone interview then invite you in for the in-person interview/sim eval, but based on the email I got it makes it sound like I'm going straight in to the in-person/sim-eval. I believe they are changing things, they are now doing hire events in CMH with a bunch of people. They are trying to hire 300 pilots by the end of the year. Interview use to be phone screen, video interview, and in person.
