Thanks,

So... What do you think is the growth plan?

Grow within existing bases or new bases?

Has management given any indication of what they intend to do?[/QUOTE]

Indications, yes but one thing I've learned from my years here is the "indications" may or may not turn into reality. A few years ago it was "two bases in each time zone" and "no more new destinations, just going to fill in the network" neither of which has held up. Now it's more "want to do more out-and-back flying with more bases" and "we've done well serving smaller cities 2-3 times a week" They hold their detailed dance card pretty close to their chest since communicating the plan to the front line workers is pretty much the same as making a public announcement. That has bit them once or twice (eg AUS) so they're a little more cautious now.

You can expect TPA, MIA and ATL to be the focus of the growth for the next 6-9 months as far as where pilots are going to be based. BB and the Spirit CEO were talking about more flying for MCO in the future last week when they were in town for some industry conference. Clearly we're growing the near-international market in Central America and the Caribbean, so there will likely be some more of that. Beyond that is anyone's best guess.
