I’m sure I didn’t illuminate the (smaller) point well, so... It’s not that I expect him to say anything like your example, it’s that regardless of how hard they pound the table, we need to remember what was said in C15. And that despite that, when we resoundingly said “No!”, they came back with more. Don’t necessarily take the first deal, just because the CEO is talking tough. We called their bluff and won.
Having said all that, it is possible to call a bluff and lose, so each deal must be weighed by each pilot in full context.
