Something I’m happy to say on here is Airshare’s policies, pay, benefits and treatment of employees are well below industry standards and they relied far too much on Covid as an excuse to not have better benefits. Buying new planes while reducing pay by 25% to only give back 25% of what they took from employees is laughable at best. “$.50 on the dollar to 6% also known as 3% for IRA matching” is a joke. So are their vacation benefits.
