Now if you don't like the scope language then that gets corrected in the negotiations we are currently in correct?
I bet we will increase subcontractor airframes going into peak like always. Thats nothing new. In 2015/16 we had 12 subcontractor airframes and they stayed well after peak. We currently only have 4-5. So this is nothing new and is temporary. These airplanes will all creat penalty payments so it doesn't go unpunished and is not free to the company per the CBA.
