yes but the contract is possibly being waved to lower minimums is what I believe he is saying. 121.436 says all you need is 1000 121 time and an ATP to upgrade. Technically, if the contract is waved a 2000 hour UND kid would be able to upgrade.

Anyways how was the 200% LOA getting used over the 4th?
