Hey guys I'm a little confused with the wording in the contract regarding LTLOA. Say I took an LOA last year (I'm a Nov 19 hire) at Year 2 Pay and I'm gone for the min 1 year. Would I still be on year 2 pay when I return or would I jump to year 3 pay which would coincide with when I actually started?
