If you see posts from the select few that seem to have nothing better to do than to bash a current or former employer because of some percieved wrong they suffered, just read their post history. It will tell you all you need to know about their attitude, motivations, maturity level, and how fun (or not) it would be to fly a four day trip with them. Also when you see the word 'nowhere' spelled 'know where', or when every single word that ends in s is typed with an apostrophe before the s when not needed, those are also red flags.
