I get there are a lot of ways to contact the union. Kinda like INSIGHT. You can write in glorious detail showing all the facts, add pictures, add witness statements, toss in a spreadsheet or two only to see it was closed without action.

I think our union should be a lot more accessible, willing to listen and look to find answers to our issues. That is part of why we pay dues.

And that is sorely lacking under the current MEC leadership. And that is not debatable. Worse than that, they seem to be okay with this path during section 6 negotiations. Does this type thinking work out for the best, let history be your guide.
