If you go to AAPilots and look under Resources, then Tools - there's a link for Reciprocal Jumpseats. That link will allow you to look it up. There's an International line that'll say yes or no. FOM 3s.6.2 will point you here.
I had no idea that some offline guys were approved while others were not until faced with a gate agent in Cabo that wouldn't allow an Allegiant guy on the flight. She was friendly about it but pointed me to the Reciprocal Jumpseat tool to prove it to me. If the Allegiant dude didn't already have an SWA backup plan I probably would have told the agent to get ****ed, but the whole situation prompted me to dig further and sure enough, it seems to be the case.
