our hold times for scheduling are ridiculous. The fact we are expected to sit around the airport for hours to find out we are released is ludicrous. This contract still has a lot to be fixed. We don’t have industry leading anything except our turn over rate on the ramp, inflight and ops. We need 20% raise just to get even
