Which means that after those 10 years they will end up with half of their pilots - almost all FOs - under 10 years, while their Captains are almost all over 12 years. Scarcely the same as having half your pilots in the bottom three years and a relative handful over12 years at NK. and it’s certainly management’s INTENTION to continue 15% annual growth. They may or may not be able to execute that plan, but that IS the plan. They are touting a 76% increase in aircraft in the next six years already on order and looking for more that may be available in that timeframe.

But clearly, that sort of growth can’t be sustained indefinitely.
