I’m not necessarily against a reciprocal JS agreement with breeze, just like I’m not against one with allegiant (or cape air, or a helicopter company, etc). But there are very few (probably zero?) existing routes where breeze would offer anything of value to most major airlines since none of your routes would get anyone to any major airline crew bases. If you guys don’t fly to any other airline’s crew bases, where most trips begin/end, then you likely won’t support many commuters. Except maybe for a one off trip that begins with a deadhead to one of your bases, like apparently Mr Charleston did to tampa.
Honestly, I don't know the details. He/she was just happy to jump with us from CHS to TPA. Said it helped him/her to avoid having to go through ATL.

Either way, you are ALWAYS welcome to jump with us. Always.. And hopefully you will.
