Company is very honest that if you’re hired into the 195, the lines are designed for living in base, not commuters. Also think about having a 3 yr seat lock on a startup legacy fleet at low FO pay rates as inflation rises. Doesn’t lend itself to much money or movement into the left seat on said fleet. Especially if line reductions occur due to economics, Covid etc…If one can swing it, great. To each their own. I wish all Breeze pilots and the company well and success. Just food for thought.
