OK, equipment lock. So if the CA’s are stuck on said metal for 3 years and can’t move to the 220, unless there is more than avg attrition due to various reasons, Ejets will stay staffed and limited upgrade bids will be ran. Either way, one could be stuck as a FO on a fleet for 3 years at terrible pay rates. Yes yes staffing requirements etc will change but not likely by much as higher paying carriers are filling the ranks too. Still, fair winds and blue skies! I hope they succeed.
