JFC are you all brand new to this industry or something? There are times I have trips that start or end with DHs. This isn’t that unrealistic that someone (especially with seniority) could find trips that begin with a DH where one would commut from CHS (or wherever they live) to meet up with the plane.

An acquaintance I’ve met, while commuting, does this very regularly. He’s PHX on the Bus and constantly finds trips with DHs to ORD or DFW where he then commutes to in order to start his trip.
