I’ll say it again, they need to raise CA rates or create a “career progression” to hold the attrition numbers to manageable levels. I’m sure management already has something worked up if/when the time comes. Just as they have that “up to” 40k bonus for NH’s in their back pocket.
When they raised FO’s rates out of nowhere back in late 2018 (after we already negotiated a new contract), it was due to decreased applicants, so they fixed it.
