Largely it’s that we can’t drop anything, so pilots are forced into minimum days off month after month, so with your already very limited time off you’re not going to go in and pick up a trip at 115% or even 150% pay.
So riddle me why trips do go out the door at 115%, 130%, and 150% and why the company hasn't had to resort to 200% pay.
