Because you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. Trying to find where someone (anyone) said we don't deserve what others have, but that we have negotiated different than they have. When it stops working we may be able to get better. Yes I've seen 200% in my time here, but it was rare. There are two ways to get the elusive 200%, one is by burning negotiating capital in late 2022, or even into 2023 as the next negotiations (Thank you sir, may I have another?) smackdown happens, or so much 150% doesn't get picked up and our reliability numbers crash that Anita does it on her own without our input. Don't hold your breath for either case.
