You’re not the only one that gave a whale eye when the company put the seats back in the RJs and we continued the LOA despite what seems very clear language that this is a termination trigger.

My guess is that it was either mutually beneficial for the company and pilot group to not terminate the LOA and/or this gives the NC leverage for future negotiations.
