We’re starting to see a lot more movement even from the top 20-25%. Not much would change that except if they offered some sort of longevity for years of service at the WO or maybe seniority numbers. Money won’t solve their coming staffing shortage. People who otherwise planned to stay for flow are leaving after 2020, and it would take a lot to halt that momentum that has already built.
Yeah they mentioned attrition at the townhall, and I thought it was funny that the only measure they could point to was the sign on bonus returning.
My experience is anecdotal to be sure, but it seems like we're losing Captains faster than we can upgrade and a sign on bonus for new hires won't keep Captains on property.
The rumors of what they might do to get folks to stay are getting pretty ridiculous lol.
