There are two kinds of CRJ200 "freighters". The first is the AEI freighter conversion, which has a real cargo door.

Plainly, this thing, assuming it's real, does not. What it
could be is something like the Avmax "package freighter", which loads through the existing door.
CRJ Package Freighter ? Avmax If you scroll through the photos, you can see how it works. Basically, you use a belt loader and load it like a cargo compartment, with little nets in each zone to hold the stuff in place. Meh.
