anywhere they can. QOL here gets worse every month, and every major is hiring. If you are sitting here waiting to flow you’re doing it wrong. I’ll go to the first place that offers. Honestly, even if they throw a $70k bonus at us when we flow (like what Eagle is doing) I’d still leave early if possible. That $70k is nothing if you can get out 2 years earlier somewhere else.
