Ha. I’m sure this is facetious.
Most here have college degrees and are serious about being professional aviators. And if you’re a weak pilot you won’t make it through training or you will eventually wash out. If that doesn’t happen you’ll be stuck as an FO and probably relegated to RO duties most the time. And although the past has had its moments the current culture here does not encourage drinking or partying.
There’s a million reasons someone isn’t a good fit for Omni or this type of flying. Having the times in the logbook is a fraction of being qualified and right for the job.
