(4-5 days - as ex airline myself this is long to be in one place). So we just airline home in-between. been working for this owner since APR and its been the best Corp gig I've had so far before/after my 121 experience. Above industry pay/benefits for PIC aircraft type and carte blanche expense account within reason, but so far, steak/lobster and 5 star hotels and rental cars seem to be the norm. No complaints here!
So far, Im on call this week but have next week off and the only scheduled trip falls on next week so in reality, looks like I'll have 14days off in a row!
If you guys can keep that up, that's gonna continue to be a great job. Congrats.
How are you going to schedule around vacations and training? What happens if someone calls in sick during their week on duty?
