It’s more that management took a handout and huge pay raises from home in their jammies, then screwed their employees, who were supposed to benefit from the PSP. So far, it’s playing pretty well. I assume SWA management has felt the heat from its employee unions (FA, Pilot, Mechanic) all making bad press, or from their legal team with respect to contract violations.
