Half of the pilot group is in training. The other half of the pilot group are flying their asses off. They’re offering 200-300% pay for people to pick up flying.

Got 240 people on the pipeline. We also have Captains leaving and going to ULCC and Legacys which doesn’t help. People leaving in training to go to a AAWO or somewhere else. Which btw is this industry making a lateral move is a no no. Doesn’t look good on a resume…

G7 gave up about 1200 ours of flying back to United.

Other airlines have given back too. It’s not just G7.
It’s EVERYONE.

It definitely is a wake up call to managment. I’m sure they’re ready to talk to the union and talk contracts.

3 out 4 of United Aviate airlines are bleeding. I’m sure it’s known at United and they’re trying to come up with a game plan. Because the Aviate program still isn’t enough to attracted people to come and go else where. Americans new $180K retention bonus. Delta now having a flow through with Endeavor. The Aviate program is still a interview process just liked the street interview and people still aren’t getting in? So why stay at C5, G7, or Air Whiskey when you can go to a AAWO and guaranteed spot at AA in 7+ years. It’s a safety net and people like that.
