This is what I was going to point out, you beat me to it. From what I am hearing, there is very little flying that will go away with the CRJ, almost all of it will go to the 400. San Fran being the only one that I can think of off the top of my head, because they don't want any turboprops there, although I am willing to bet that they are going to fight for an exception.

I think that more cities will be lost with the 200 than the CRJ due to runway lengths and TSA requirements.
