The payscale listed here on APC is just the base salary. All the soft pay offered here at NetJets makes a significant difference. Show before 8am on day 1? Extra pay for that. Fly at night? More pay. Over 12 hours duty, working one of the 12 national holidays, getting home after midnight and of course the FDPP program. Not to mention the money you'll save out on the road with company provided crew meals and the generous contribution to the 401k.
Granted, I'm still in the honeymoon phase but so far I'm very impressed. It is hard work, but with the FDP the harder you work the more you make. What a concept!
