As for circling the wagons, ask who attended and who proxied. Then ask who organized those proxies. Then ask why all the people want change did not make the effort to attend, or find a person to carry their proxy. Must be everyone is hopeful for PSPP, and wants to be ignored until it's time to vote the TA up or down. By then, it will be too late and another four to six years will be spent complaining on the crewbus. But at least there are draft trips to be flown right now. How short sighted, we should know better after all these years.

Since it won't fit your narrative, I doubt you will seek the truth.

How much are you willing to leave on the table? Why?
I was there to fight for my reps position. He represents me well, always picks up the phone when I call, and has the collective interests of his block in mind. If our total compensation and work rule package is not up to the standard he believes we are entitled, he will vote it down. If it still passes I will vote it down. It's quite simple really.
The angry mob, no pancake stickers, and negotiating in public(which despite being told numerous times not to, including from those fighting for your career, you can't stop) all hurt our position against the company.
If we would just grow up and empower our reps. Unified behind them as one union we could obtain the leading contract we all deserve.
Just the other day someone on JF said, what has ALPA ever done for me?
Maybe we could at least make the company try....
