No, but when a senior guy has GS#3 a junior guy has 0 because he doesn’t have the right days off. OBWS use will explode when scheduling sees base xyz has 30 people willing to accept and acknowledge without even making a call. This is now somewhat a GS killer and will expand to be a GS megakiller that bails out the company for making poor staffing and basing decisions.
I seriously doubt you will see a lot of auto accept and auto awards with OOBWS. By definition they are pilots coming from out of base (except for that small portion that live in one base and commute to another) and the fidelity in PCS isn’t good enough to thin the trips to exactly what you want (especially for short notice trips that you might have to commute for).
