There are alternatives, let me know how that works out for you. Being in a union involves trusting the process that committees and elected representatives will represent you. It's a democratic process. If you don't like that go to a non-union shop. I think you are frustrated because you aren't apart of the process so you are going to upset the apple cart because of it.
The point is a lot of the crew force don’t trust the union especially after TA 2015. I too would like to know what’s being negotiated on my behalf. Why is it the company knows, the union knows and we sit in limbo? It’s obvious that the union is not speaking for me by trying to change my retirement plan. They seem to know what’s best for me. 😏
