Negotiations haven't stalled they're just taking more time to get the right deal for the pilot group. Since they are still on they're bound by NDA and can't share much as far as details of the current negotiations.
Just a guess, but im suspecting the company offered unlimited water and almonds on every flight. The Union responded "lets see how recruiting goes going forward and talk in a month or so.
