I am very drawn to Endeavor as a company... the whole interview process seemed very professional and I was actually very impressed. And I understand that Endeavor didn't treat their pilots badly during the hard times especially during the pandemic.

But Envoy is currently offering a lot more to new hires and it is attractive as well.... So I find myself leaning for Envoy with earlier class date too. Flow is a nice backup.

I still have a few weeks to finally decide which regional I'll go to - If Endeavor offers flow or some kind of bonus like Envoy that would be great and I think I'll stick with Endeavor! I'm waiting for a good news!
