I'm a bit lucky in the sense that I have good resources behind me. Don't want to chuck it all at rent mind you, but $ wise, I'm good. Keen to look at all options for JC or Hoboken. Facebook marketplace is your friend. I just got a near new sofa that retails for over 2k for $250. Tables and chairs and all sorts of stuff is in there too. I can give you the number of a mattress guy who will deliver a queen size mattress and base to your apartment for less than $300 and it's brand new. Got bedroom drawers from Walmart for $20 each.
