Yeah we tried it at Allegiant (Teamsters) in 2015. It only lasted a few hours before the company sued, and a judge issued an injunction. Then because we had blown our whole wad and lost all leverage, a little over a year later, we took the crappy contract we currently have with okay money, but no or at least unenforceable work rules.
One star. Do not recommend.
We also threatened to strike summer 2018 over PBS (remember those great billboards? don't you dare test our patience...). Same story, management went to court and we dropped the suit with our tail between our legs.
